Sr HR Executive ( Recruitment) for The Muthoot Group

Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in HR

To handle complete life cycle of recuitment from sourcing , shortlisting , taking interviews , offers , regular follow up with candidate till joining

To develop creative and innovative recruitment strategies

Preparing MIS and maintaining trackers and required database

To handle transfers , resignation and other HR related activities
