Sr HR Executive for Tata Indicom

This position is responsible for independently handling Manpower Planning, Recruitments, Compensation Management, Statutory Compliance, Budgeting, administration of contract manpower across the Circle, Implementation of HR Processes & Policies and implementation & monitoring of new initiatives. The key deliverable would be in terms of managing the above-mentioned processes up to the customer’s expectations for Haryana Circle.
