Sr HR Consultant for Nexus Manpower Solutions

Candidate should have experience in recruitment / hiring from managers to senior level for Freight/ Travel/ BFSI verticals will be preffered.

Sourcing candidates using 1) Networking, employee referrals & references 2) Head hunting 3) Personal resume collection 4) internet job search etc.

Interviewing & pre-screening the candidates.

Facilitating candidate interviews with the clients.

Negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and hand holding the candidates till joining.

Maintaining MIS.

Experience in recruitment of Freight/ BFSI / Travel Industry will be an added advantage.

Should have strong Communication & relationship management Skills.
