Visiting Universitys
Setting up promotion campaigns in Universitys
Organize walk in event on a weekly basis
Conducting aptitude tests
Short listing resumes
Scheduling appointments for intakes
Maintaining the iMatch database
Maintaining contacts with staffing agencies
Setting up printed advertisements
Send out newsletters, e-mails on a monthly basis
Weekly mailing with vacancy`s Targets
Hiring new employees per month (2 per month)
Bachelor degree preferred with a strong academic record.
Experience with hands-on recruitment expertise.
Demonstrated personal accountability, integrity, credibility, and ambitious personality.
Strong intellect with analytical bias.
Flexible but tenacious.
Great communicator with an inclusive, open, and non-political management style.
Demonstrates diverse cultural understanding.
Creative and conceptual, but able to deliver operationally.
