Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Proactively work on recruitment against the IT resourcing requirements of the organization

2. Maintain excellent relationship with the candidates during the hiring process

3. Liaise with third-party agencies and consultants for recruitment needs

4. Work through all hiring related challenges and issues

5. Assist the Senior Management in the Talent Acquisition practice

6. Keep track of the applicant data during the Hiring process cycle

7. Manage some of the HR activities including HR administration, Coordination etc

8. Maintain an excellent relationship with the Employees and other third-parties involved with the HR department

1. Candidates should be science or engineering graduates with 6-10 years of demonstrated experience in recruiting IT professionals as a part of the recruitment or HR team.

2. Should have worked in well known organisations.

3. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
