Sr. Executive - HR for Implications

The candidate will be responsible for recruiting IT professionals

Short-list candidates as per the requirement

Conduct initial round of personal interviews

Keep track of the interviews, their outcome, selection, etc.

Prepare and issue offer letters

Ensure that candidates that have been offered join as per the scheduled date of joining

Maintain and update candidate database and records in MIS

Promote the organization among educational and technical institutes

Liaison with external vendors, maintain data on them

Tap various sources of recruitment

Optimally utilize website portal to recruit

Regular follow-up with candidates

Experience in HR/Admin responsibility

Thorough knowledge of MS Office

Graduation Mandatory
