Candidate should be a graduate with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Resource Management Group or staffing activities.
Should have good hands on MS - Office and especially on MS- EXCEL.
Good Market intelligence.
Good understanding of technology.
Exposure to deal with multiple vendors and stake holders within organization.
Coordination within RMG & outside RMG.
Sourcing of CV, interview coordination, salary closure.
Data maintenance, MIS reports, EBS/RDBMS updating.
Ensuring process compliance.
Essential Skills:-
Should be a Graduate/Post Graduate.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent hands-on experience in Indian IT Recruitment & Staffing.
Should have good knowledge of Office applications - MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point.
Should have unquestionable integrity.
