Sr. Executive / Assist Manager - HR (Recruitment)

The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment & selection across levels and domains on a PAN India level

Devise out ways to keep recruitment costs at an all time low, with no impact on TAT and quality of hires.

Formulate recruitment mechanisms depending upon the type of position and its quantum
Responsible for maintaining various MIS and reports

The applicant must be an MBA in HR from premier institutes with minimum recruitment experience, if not an MBA, a good candidature with relevant recruitment experience is also welcome

Scholastic academic background is a must

Must be people oriented and affable

Should have an aptitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment

Flexible with working hours

Preferably from Gurgaon or around and must possess own conveyance
