The candidate has to design, author and/or deliver Sales, Total Solutions and Revenue Generation training to New Hire audiences

Design, author and/or delivers Sales, Total Solutions and Revenue Generation vitality, focus group and other need- based training programs as per business requirements

Ensure proper technical spec is adhered to while maintaining proper learning capacity levels to support adult learning principle with the targeted audiences

Partner with the business and customers to assess and customize training based on current and future needs

Meet with business management to troubleshoot quality issues, driving solutions back into the classroom

Consult with internal customers to ensure produced training meets current needs to support customer and Dell metrics

Perform Peer-Level reviews on Sales, Total Solutions and Revenue Generation training packages and classroom performance for writing and delivery skills

Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings (with L3/SE/CCO) to support proper site wide allocation of equipment, curriculum and training needs

Lead and co- ordinate team and business level Sales, Total Solutions and Revenue Generation training review meetings

Must have both the necessary technical knowledge and the real-world experience in the subject matter they are assigned to teach.

Demonstrate good knowledge in Dell and other IT products.

Ability to work well in cross-functional team environments

Experience teaching or coaching in a professional environment.

Demonstrated ability to apply adult education principals and theory.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Good technical research and evaluation skills.

Ability to make recommendations based on data analysis.

Demonstrated ability to apply adult education principals and theory

Advanced organization skills

Analyze training materials and learner needs to develop effective courseware for web and class based learning

Perform effective peer level reviews of curriculum

Excellent presentation skills

Experience

6+ years minimum directly related experience with High School Diploma or equivalency

2+ years minimum directly related experience with Bachelor`s Degree

6 months to 1 year minimum directly related experience with Master`s Degree
