The incumbent would coordinate, schedule and conduct business and technical training for new hires and current employees.

Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate. Continuous updation of study material, in order to adapt to changes that occur..

Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.

Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.

Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.

Select and assign instructors to conduct training.

Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and supervisors or conducting surveys.

Facilitate the execution of all training plans.

Periodically, evaluate training effectiveness.

Handle the implementation of the training imparted to employees. 11.Ability to demonstrate pratical knowledge & application of HR, Training & development requirements is critical for success in this role.

The specialist Trainer will interact with senior managers, therefore, this will require a mature interpersonal style & clear communication.

Ability to handle confidential material will be critical, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate high levels of trustworthiness & integrity.

Time management .

Computer literate; especially Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel.

Knowledge & ability to use intranet & internet tools to support training and development and other HR requirements.

Outstanding communication [written & delivery (verbal)] and presentation skills.

High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Strong analytical skills and ability to use project management tools.

Preferable to have experience in Hospitality Industry (or organization of repute).

A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.

Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.

Creative, forward thinker.
