Personal consulting & mutual responsibility for building & implementing HR processes. Facilitating OD activities
Consulting on general issues & self development, implementing the open door policy to all employees
Update & advise Managers on potential issues in their respective teams based on different team dynamics. Provide assistance to managers to help contain attrition.
Help Managers to effectively utilize the retention/motivational rewards/tools available with them
Coach & support managers on an on-going basis
Help Managers to understand the pulse of the field though activities like employees meetings, Round tables etc. The role of the HRC will be to document the same and help managers define owners for the action item
However closure of the respective action item is the responsibility of the defined owner and Manager
Support Managers to run organizational HR processes like change management, values & cultural change, performance appraisals, employee satisfaction surveys, 360 appraisals, salary revisions, etc.
Own smooth execution of HR processes
Lead and Support internal communication issues
Promote Managerial Development
Identify training and enrichment needs
Assist in building individual development plans
Facilitate development programs (peer groups, team building activities, out door activities, etc.)
Employees Development
Identify & assist in focusing on special groups: high potential & low performers, overworked groups. Assist in building Improvement & development plans.
Consult employees - be an open door / ear for different personal issues
Support welfare events
Assist in building the second line leadership in respective groups
