Amdocs Ltd, Pune 3–6 Yrs Share this jobThe incumbent has to Implement a rewarding and competitive compensation and benefits policy for India and APAC.
Liaise and consult with corporate consultants in areas of best practice, legislative changes and benchmarking.
Liaise and consult with Corporate Compensation and Benefits Departments to establish corporate policies and centralised processes.
Communicate with managers and employees on Compensation and Benefits issues for existing and changing policies.
Work closely with the HR Team in India to enable them to prepare pertinent reports and deliver Compensation and Benefits related communications and updates to managers and employees.
Manage, design and maintain Benefits programs.
Conduct salary surveys and liaise with the survey providers throughout the year for updates and additional information.
Prepare annual salary increment budgets; implement/monitor and control the annual salary increment budgets, promotions etc. by working closely with the HR business partners, implementing Variable payouts, processing one-time payouts, bonuses etc.
Maintaining the periodic C&B MIS for management reviews etc.
Work closely with the Payroll & Internal Audit function during HR-Payroll audits
Constant monitoring, evaluating and benchmarking of Compensation and Benefits policies and practices in India to maintain competitiveness.
Constant evaluation and improvement of internal Compensation and Benefits processes.
Keep up to date with relevant legislative changes, best practice trends and developments in the industry to enhance personal development.
The candidate should have a minim sof 2-3yrs of experience in C&B function
The candidate should be well versed with the C&B lifecycle
The candidate should have been a part of the annual salary increments
The candidate should be involved in part or the whole thing… viz. benchmarking, budgeting, implementation and monitoring & control.
