Sourcing and Integration Leader for GE

M&A Integration and Insurance Pooling Specialist:

The M&A Integration and Insurance Pooling Specialist will work with global teams, comprised of GE business, Acquired business, Global Business Services (GBS) and Corp HR personnel, leading the payroll and benefits integration of acquisitions, as well as the support of dispositions.

The focus of this role will be transitions with employees located mainly in the Asia Pacific Region. The Specialist will, be the single point of contact for the GE and acquired/sold business for payroll and benefits areas.

Leverage local GBS and Corporate HR resources for knowledge, analysis and integration execution. Serve as a facilitator and coordinator, ensuring that the Global M&A Payroll and Benefits Integration process is used.

The Specialist will also lead project to further drive Insurance Pooling penetration and effectiveness in the Asia Pacific Region
