Okaya Infocom Private Limited , Noida 3–5 Yrs Share this jobProvide full life cycle of IT recruitment (Traditional Recruiting, Web based Recruiting), that includes: identification and sourcing of external talent, internal marketing of applicable candidate profiles
Traditional Methods would include social networking, Employee Referrals, Cold calling, Advertising, and internal resume databases.
External recruitment methods would include searching various US job portals
Match/Qualify resume against the job requirement.
Pre-qualify the candidates by evaluating technical strengths and career goals through an in-depth technical screening. This would involve talking to the candidates in the US on the phone.
Generate momentum by providing consistent follow up and feedback in order to manage expectations, candidate’s availability status that results in a smooth hiring process.
Coordinate with the Internal Sales Team on a daily basis to follow-up for previous submittals & make new searches on fresh requirements.
Coordinate telephone and in person interviews with applicants to further evaluate candidate`s employability.
Maintain and manage all relationships with large and boutique retained 3 party agencies, search/contingency firms.
Maintain excellent rapport with consultants and engage in extensive networking.
Strong understanding of various work authorizations for United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC etc
Strong understanding of the US recruiting process and concepts like C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc
Excellent networking skills and ability to source qualified candidates quickly
