Senior Recruitment Executive for Accenture

The Senior Internet Talent Locator assists with integration of client’s service measures into daily operational procedures.

This role completes varied tasks in this area of responsibility and operates within set guidelines under the direction of the Talent Center Sourcing Manager.

This role also utilizes proven technologies and processes to successfully source and screen potential candidates.

Finally, this role exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business.

Will be required to negotiate with vendors and communicate with the liaisons team and client.

Responsibilities:
Assist team members in evaluating the description of the requisition and execution of the posting.

Collaborates with posting team members and ensure the work allocated is completed.

Needs to adhere to the process flow and maintain diligence.

Needs to check for process quality of all team members reporting.

Take care of the administrative tasks of the team.

Records the feedback in the prescribed format and submit it for further processing.

Ensures service measures are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
