Senior Recruiter / HR Consultant (IT and Non-IT) for Team Corporate Solutons

Team Corporate Solutons is looking for experienced HR recruiters who can start immediately.

Candidate with 6 months to 3 years experience required.

Must have very good oral & written communication skills with ACERTIVE, Proactive with GO-Getter Attitude & Passion for recruitment.

Must be specialized in networking and head hunting.

Must be able to think out of box and build sourcing strategies beyond portals.

Must be good at networking sites like linked in, twitter,orkut etc.,

Must have exploited the portals extensively.

Must have experience of doing apt job postings in the portals

Strong Expertise in any two Domains & Market awareness on Skill availability.

Client acquisition ability.

Direct client handling experience & key account management.

Handling complete recruitment life cycle.

The expected domains : IT, ITES/BPO, Telecom, Pharma, FMCG, Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction & Engineering, Insurance, Aerospace.
