Recent recruiting experience for staffing firms is a must for this position.

Minimum of 2+ years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals.

Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.

Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time.

Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume requisition workload

Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology.

Proven ability to cultivate relationships with technical professionals.

Must be familiar with social networking techniques.

Must have strong organization skills and ability to multitask.

Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Must be able to communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment.

Must have exceptional customer service skills and must be able to effectively work under pressure.

Competent in all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle.

Strong existing network of technical resources preferred.

Posting the open positions on the job boards.

Reviewing resumes

Contacting the resource and conduct initial screening (overall qualification, communication skills).

Reference checking, Formatting resumes, Candidate follow-up.
