Senior Recruiter for SAIC

Science Applications International Corporation, Bangalore, Noida 8–12 Yrs

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and prescreening candidates, coordinating interviews, coaching managers on interviewing techniques, and consulting with them on effective recruiting strategies.

They will be required to provide general HR / staffing metrics to management and perform requisition and candidate tracking utilizing the Recruitmax applicant tracking application. Travel up to 20% of the time may be required.
