Requirements
Experience in talent acquisition with Silicon Valley tech leader
People management & performance management experience
Experience managing a team of people in disparate locations
40-50% travel in between sites as needed; More travel will be required during the first 6-12 months of integration
Keen understanding of key recruiter metrics to enable the business and performance manage the team
Strong `recruiter` instinct; deep rolodex of external contacts
Ideally has a blend of in-house & executive search firm experience
Ability to address a broad range of audiences from university graduates to executive-level candidates and managers with confidence
Strong balance of strategic thinking and execution/implementation
An ability to work on many projects at once
Sense of urgency, but calm under pressure
Ability to work with senior leaders effectively
