Tracks attrition within assigned BU / Corp centre; conducts exit interviews, documents exit discussions and provides the summary feedback to concerned stakeholders.

Responsible for analyzing exit feedback / attrition rate and proposing possible solutions / interventions and once approved implementing the same to enhance employee engagement.

Prepares and sends payroll advice to the payroll team for the assigned BU / Corp Centers on a monthly basis. This involves keeping a track of all payroll action item/s for the assigned teams throughout the month.

Responsible for activities related to salary reviews, midyear corrections etc of assigned BU / Corp Centre based on identified need. Proactively providing inputs to Assistant Manager – HR and respective BU / Corp Centre Manager on any corrective measures to b e taken with respect to any employee that is related to the employee’s title, grade & / or compensation.

Coordinates with the Global Rewards team for market pricing of new positions created.

Responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs related to HR including interpretation of polices. Provides inputs and assists in development of policies.

Responsible for day to day employee relations, including identification of employee relations issues (if any), examine formal / informal employee complaints / feedback and make recommendations to resolve issues. Provides inputs for the development of proactive programs, procedures and policies related to employee relations activities and then administers the same.

Provides counseling and guidance to supervisors / managers on employee related issues like discipline, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations etc.

Proactively as well as based on business needs, conducts education programs and presentation to employees on changes in HR processes / practices / policies.

Identifies opportunities for Lean Initiative and process improvements within the department and its activities.

Ensures error-free on-time deliverance of any periodic / ad-hoc request.

Guides new team members to help them scale up faster.

Job Description
Keeps a track of all open positions within the BU / Corp Centre and is also involved in recruitment / partners with recruitment team to fill all open positions as per the agreed SLA. Uses competency based evaluation methodologies to evaluate prospective candidates. Makes recommendation on the selection process to be followed for the open positions.

Executes tasks related to on boarding of new hires like submission of NAURFs, drafting of welcome mails, coordinating as well as conducting orientation programs etc.

Responsible for tracking new hire status through HR admin tool and processing / completing their joining formalities.

Acting as a SPOC for all HR related issues for assigned BU / Corp Centre.

Coordinates for background verification of offered candidates.

Maintains, updates and audits important matrices related human capital of assigned BU / Corp Centre like details on headcount, employee’s compensation, experience, attrition rate etc. Responsible for sending monthly reports w.r.t. to above metrics.

Manages correspondence as well as drafts and issues relevant documents to employees based on need.

Conducts Training Need Analysis “TNA” and facilitates for training associated with the identified training needs through inbound & / or out bound training programs. This may involve sourcing vendors who can conduct the identified training/s, specifying training requirements to vendors, inviting proposals and finally making recommendation/s to Assistant Manager and the BU / Corp Manager on suitable vendor/s.

Develops training calendar based on inputs Assistant Manager – HR and respective BU / Corp Centre Manager. Releases the training calendar for the assigned BUs / Corp Centres.

Maintains a training log to ensure that all information related to participation in the training is recorded in the training log/ADC learn tool.
