Senior Executive - Administration

The candidate should be responsible for all admin activities like Housekeeping & Cafeteria management, vendor management, safety & security management, Budgeting & Cost control, liaison with Govt. bodies, Infrastructure setup & maintenance.
AMCs Housekeeping & Transportation, Facilities for Office Establishments.
Travel Management (Reservations/ Hotel Bookings/Currency/Visa related work) .
Asset & Inventory management.
Ensuring on timely closure for all facility related issues for calls raised on the service desk, without major escalation.
Liaisoning with Government Authorities ( STPI, Electricity, Statutory bodies)
Cash Management and Fleet Management.
Courier and Mail service Management, stationery and other office supplies.
Contract Preparation and Management
Organizing events and cultural meets.
Hands on experience on Facility management, Vendor management, housekeeping, security, vendors, licensing with government dept, Purchases, leaves & crisis mgmt.
Independently handling all day to day operations of the facility.
Candidate should have experience in Liaison with various Govt. and non-Govt. departments like telephone, Electricity, Water, Banks and Local Purchase etc.
Candidate should have knowledge of overall discipline Housekeeping, Building maintenance, Computer Ms-office, Internet.
Proactive, well versed with all the administration functions, should be very good in communications both written and verbal.
