SAP R/3 HR Manager for Kelly Services

Review salary change requests against Client guidelines and payroll requirements.

Process all salary change requests based on country specific legislative requirements and agreed on by Client.

Ensure manager is engaged and analysis done to approve/reject request when the request is outside of the guidelines.

Front end portal for managers, used to request compensations changes. Request is then routed through the system for approval and come to HR Shared Services as an ISR.
