SAP HR Functional Consultant for Systel

Systel ITES is looking for SAP HR Functional Consultant with relevent experience in SAP HR module and responsibilities include are:

1. Study customer requirements on HR processes and map them in SAP.
2. Support issues in the HR module in existing implementations with customer.
3. Suggest best practices to improve customer`s solution.
4. Maintain good customer relations.
5. Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients.

Mandatory Skills:
1. Expertise of SAP HR Module
2. 3 - 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HR applications
3. At least one full life cycle implementation of the SAP HR module,
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and should be comfortable interfacing with the client on a regular basis.
