Resourcing Head for EDGE

As the resourcing head for the company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a pan-India recruitment strategy.

You will be required to ensure tools, processes & systems are in place and implement the most efficient and effective staffing process.

Ensure communication & compliance of global framework.

You will also be required to assist business leaders in multiple silos and several geographies to plan their resourcing requirements and would have to create individual and collective strategies for timely sourcing.
