Resource Manager - US Staffing for Spectraforce

The applicant should have experience

Should have worked in the capacities of Team Lead, Assistant Manager and Recruitment Manager in an International Recruiting (US) Industry

Experienced in establishing processes & best practices, performance improvement analytics and metrics driven management

Should have experience in handling multiple teams of size 20 - 25 team members

Good knowledge of different visas like H1B, GC, TN, OPT (F1), etc

Ability to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines.

Motivate the team to achieve their monthly targets

Willing to work in the Night Shift (As per Eastern Standard Time)

Strong knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099 Corp-to-Corp, etc
