Entire process from sourcing, searching, headhunting, screening & recruiting candidates for various banking position.
Using effective sourcing strategies Like: LinkedIn, Job Boards, Internet Sourcing, Networking, Referrals and Cold calls.
Desired Profile:
Should have good communication skills.
0 to 2 years of experience into bank recruitment`s ( any graduate, fresher’s can apply too)
Preferably graduate females with experience in call center, telecom, insurance or financial services can apply.
Co-ordination skills required.
