Review of all products (Target Vs Actuals) of perm recruitment and staffing for the whole region.

Responsible for BD (sales team) & Delivery of assignments (through Sourcing team).

Getting contract staffing business and Perm recruitment assignments.

Implementing innovative sourcing / BD techniques & strategies.

Interacting with All India Heads / Regional Heads & Product Managers.

Market Research in all the industries in terms of BD and Recruitment.

Managing multi location delivery (Sourcing and operations), with support & co-ordination of PL & a support to the HR executive.

The role is 70% outward focused and 30% inward focused. (New client aquisition 80% and mining the existing clients 20%)

Very focused in heading and driving the region towards a profit unit and making it Small Business Unit.

Develop a given region and tap new markets and focus on Top line and bottom line.

Desired Profile
An Graduate with experience in Sales and Marketing in any Industry and Open for Learning.

Post-graduation in HR & Marketing would be preferred.

Thorough knowledge of Marketing and team handling exp is must.

A proven track record of increasing revenues, taking care of a unit and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity.

Understanding of HR, Staffing and recruitment business would be preferred.

PG with Marketing and HR Specialization would be preferred.
