Understanding problems in "productivity" and supporting Business Heads to clear hurdles
Helping find fit between individual career ambitions and strategic objectives of Unit

Change Agent
Help the units cope with change by initiating various OD interventions
Understanding the training and development requirements of employees - chalking out a succession/career plan
The candidate should contribute to the growth & maturity of the HR function strategically.
The candidate will benchmark the best HR practices across industries, understand them &their relevance develop a plan to institute them & take it to its logical conclusion.
