Professional Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: 10-12 years of experience in IT Staffing industry with a strong focus on recruitment strategies; strong communication skills.

Past experience working for a Global IT consulting firm preferred. Should have managed teams collectively responsible for delivering minimum $25 - $30 million revenues.

Should have extensive experience with MSP/VMS models. Should have managed successfully teams to cater to MSP/VMS customers. This is a mandatory requirement.

Should have managed global teams and understand the challenges associated with managing global teams.

Technically proficient with all aspects of Internet recruiting.

Experience in performing technical interviews for IT professionals.

Should have extensive experience and hiring recruitment talent.

Personal Characteristics
Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate via the phone and in person. Ability to negotiate and influence others.

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and proven ability to develop business relationships.

Strong soft skills and a team player. Ability to collaborate and support team effectively.

The Director of Recruiting will have overall responsibility for the global recruiting team. The entire global team of recruiters will be reporting and working with the Director of Recruiting.

Responsibilities
Develops a recruiting strategy that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline based on market conditions, the existing Consultant pool, and current and projected engagements.

Develops and maintains qualified candidate pool strategy via Internet postings and searches, print advertisements, networking/referrals, special recruitment letters and mailings.

Hire and manage recruiters across global locations. The global team of recruiters consisting of almost 40 -50 recruiters/delivery managers will be reporting to the Director of Recruitment. The team will be expanded to over 100 recruiters in the next 12 months.

The Director of Recruitment will be responsible for setting goals for each customer and achieving the results.

Presents recruiting and consultant development updated at weekly team meetings.

Participates in business development discussions and develops new recruiting strategies based on information obtained from meeting.

Experience with various applicant tracking systems and best recruitment practices.
