Recruitments & Client Servicing Manager for Lobo Staffing Solutions

Candidate will be responsible to ensure prompt delivery to existing clients, manage and resolve any escalations, meet recruitment and revenue deadlines, be responsible for database management and overall client management.

Individual recruitment target will also be applicable, besides the monthly team targets.

Job Description:
1. Sourcing and recruitment for set perm and staffing clients (Product wise).

2. Take ownership to move the existing products to the next level.

3. Achieve and exceed the Individual and Team Revenue targets.

4. Database creation and management for the given product line.

5. Mentor and Guide the sourcing team and developing innovative sourcing strategies.

6. Client servicing, retaining and holding to ensure that additional business is generated on regular basis.

7. Lead and develop the Recruitment SPOCs who are client/ Industry specific.

8. Ensure that the requisite manpower is in place at any given time.

9. Weekly reviews of WIP, Closures and invoicing, collection etc in respect of each and every team member.

10. Closure of business for achievement of targets (in staffing and perm recruitment) along with BD.

11. Attain exclusive / retainer ship assignments and complete it within specified time along with BD and Recruitment & sourcing team.
