Job Portals; posting vacancies and conducting resume search

Taking out Ads-Manage walk-in interviews activities.

Co-coordinating with the placement/job consultants

Inviting references from the staff at branches .

Using the existing database, created through unsolicited applications.

Screening the CVs as per the criteria given

Calling the short listed candidates for the tests and the interviews

Administering and compiling the result of the employment tests on the basis of the guidelines given by the technical department.

Keeping track of the status of interviewed Candidates.
