Recruitment Specialist / IT Recruiter on Contract for Oracle

Should be able to manage medium to high volume hiring numbers.
Independently handle recruitment with specific number target.
Deliver quarter-on-quarter (resulting in annualized) pre-determined lateral staffing nos. meeting pre-determined productivity levels.
Develops and reviews with supervisor sourcing plan to attract applicants and to fill specific openings.
Implement sourcing plan effectively combining the potential strength of pre-defined multi-channels.
Co-ordination with technical teams, schedule the technical interviews.
Builds, maintains industry specific (company-wise) market intelligence for target-based hiring.
Ensures recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, and other regulatory requirements.
Taking up HR interviews and making compensation fitments and effectively selling offer to candidates. Hand-holds potential employee until joining day.
