Candidate should be able to coordinate with advertising agencies for planning and releasing recruitment advertisements.

Sift through the resumes, contact the prospective candidates to check the eligibility criteria and documentation requirements for immigration.

Maintain the database of eligible profiles on an ongoing basis and this requires being in touch with them and maintaining a hot list from which profiles can be sourced.

Multiple rounds of selling the opportunity to prospective candidates; explaining the key benefits of the opportunity.

Plan and coordinate the panel interviews in various locations in India; manage all the logistics, travel etc related to the panel interviews.

Negotiation with selected candidates on compensation and making them accept the offer.

Induction of the selected candidates that would help them to prepare for relocation.

Implement and maintain tools for resume databases (automation).

Market research for sourcing profiles from different countries; identifying different sources and agencies who could support sourcing.

Interacting with the universities / colleges for sourcing profiles.

Desired Profile
Must be a graduate, preferably a post graduate in business administration with HR specialization.

Thorough knowledge of recruitment process .

Should be very familiar, conversant and knowledgeable with job postings in web sites.

Ability to deal with recruitment agencies.

High level of self-motivation, working under stress to fulfill the targets.

Ability to communicate effectively with prospective candidates from diverse backgrounds and culture.

Good at marketing and selling the opportunities to prospective candidates.

Mature, well organized and good at record keeping.
