Recruitment Research Associate for Elixir Web Solutions

The incumbent would be responsible for:

1. Recruitment`s across middle and senior level mandate of various functions/Skill sets.

2. Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels - online, headhunting, mapping and referencing.

3. The incumbent should be conducting prelim telephonic and personal interviews.

4. Analyzing and managing client`s requirements by way of coordinating and scheduling interviews.

5. Should have done client interaction by distant conversations or interpersonal meetings.

6. Should be target oriented.

7. The candidate would be required to facilitating candidate interviews with the clients.

8. Should be adept in negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and handholding the candidates till joining

9. The candidate must emphasize on database building, creating and maintaining required and relevant and error free MIS.
