3) Quick learner, should have worked on IT recruitments with investment banks and understand their need.

Job Description:
1) Maintaining the client relationship by doing regular meetings.

2) Interacting with clients on the daily basis for the open positions, taking feedbacks, submission of profiles etc.

3) Understanding their requirements and providing the perfect solutions.

4) Identifying the quality candidates from the market through various sources like internal database / references / head hunting / lead generation / recruitment team. Also build a pool of prospective candidates for upcoming requirements.

5) Talk to prospects as per client requirement and arrange technical tests and interviews with client and close positions within given time frame.
