Recruitment Manager for WDC

Candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts & client servicing for delivering enhanced value to the client.

Working closely with the delivery/HR teams in positioning and developing a competitive strategy for the service offerings of the organization.

Obtain clarification on requirements, delivery, rates, positions, locations etc, on as required basis.

Relationship building with the clients to enhance the business horizons, thus increasing revenue from the same client.

The incumbent would be responsible for end to end closing of hiring requirements for functions allocated.

He/she would be expected to liaise with the business/hiring managers to have calibration on their requirements, connect with them on a regular basis for feedback and to support a smooth recruitment process.

He/she would be expected to build MIS for profiles sourced, shared with the business and eventual closures done.

Raising invoice/s, ensure payment collection on time, etc...

Would work closely with the Sourcing executive to ensure that the traction of lineups is maintained for each requirement and closures are done within the TAT.

Would send timely intimations to the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of the new joiners.

Job Description
Recruitment professional with 3 years to 7 years of experience with good record of managing a team of over 5 recruiters.

Key responsibilities include recruitment management, account management, team management.

Must be highly motivated and be able to recruit under pressure.

The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
