The candidate has to source, qualify and submit resumes against the open client requirements.
This position requires good understanding of the technical requirements, attention to detail.

Should have handled Contract/Temporary requirements

Candidate from IT Consulting industry only need to apply

Strong Understanding of US market and TAX TERMS

Responsible for sourcing resumes on the Skill Sets against Active Client requirements

Qualifying resumes on demographics, compensation etc against the Active Client requirements.

Schedules the interviews for the short listed submitals.

Constantly updates the databank with the resumes.
