Recruitment Manager for Rico Auto Industries

Candidate should be able to design and development the overall recruitment strategy.

Liasioning with Colleges / universities, Agreement with consultants, Register with Job portals.

Ensure the induction of new joiners in coordination with training function.

Ensure MIS.

Desired Profile:
Auto Industry hiring experience is a must.

Hands on experience in designing and formulation of recruitment policy and processes at the corporate level.

Capable of quantifying the efforts of the team by way of different MIS`s and data support.
