Recruitment Manager for Matrix Technology Group

Matrix Technology Group is looking for a person who can work as Resource Manager and manage the team of 10 to 15 recruiters offshore. Company Goal is to increase the team to 30 to 40 recruiters offshore.

Should be able to understand account managers demand and communicate with recruiters.

Experience with SAP recruitment will be big plus

You will be responsible for the whole recruitment strategy such as hiring the right recruiters, offering salary, campus interviews, training juniors and increasing the team productivity.

You will be responsible for your team outcome and for number of position not closed.

Help recruitment team in achieving annual, quarterly & monthly recruitment targets.

Possibility of starting branches across India where we can hire more recruiters.

Understand requirements, educate the recruiters for better understanding of requirements, and draw up plans to close the requirement within 24-48 hours.

Doing organization mapping Market intelligence data to maximize efficiencies, establish accountabilities and enable predictability.

Job Description
Need to set up robust system for recruitment and introduced recruitment processes as per the current trends in the market.

Map & identify consultants and track their performance from grass root level to manager level across India.

Conduct interviews and hire fresh talent – recruitment & development for across the country.

Individually source for senior management roles across the organization and follow the executive search pattern of sourcing talent.

High level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Office, MS Word and Excel software.
