Recruitment Manager for Magic Software

Candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process.

Involved in setting up the recruitment department.

Planning, strategizing and implementing recruitment plans and processes for system, procedure and functions.

Responsible for the following full recruitment process in hiring cycle end to end recruitment.

Planning, forecasting, budgeting and then sourcing; pre-screening coordinating technical/managerial/HR interviews; salary negotiations.

Take final level discuss and checking references.

Have a constant follow up with the candidates till they join us.

Doing organization mapping Market Intelligence Data to maximize efficiencies, establish accountabilities and enable predictability.

Recruitment involving all level of requirements (management/ technical/ non technical) within organization.

Preparation of weekly/monthly recruitment status reports/metrics.
