Recruitment Manager for Intelliswift Software

Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Should be well versed with US tax terms.

Strong experience in passive recruitment.

Should have experience working with direct client and third party.

Should have background with handling all aspects of recruitment (identifying, qualifying, negotiating, managing, and closing.)

Coordinate with functional managers/account managers to assist in submission process, rate negotiations, and setting up interviews.

Review the recruitment status on a continuous basis and communicate with managers for updates.

Responsible for time bound recruitment for all assigned openings.

Expertise in using Job sites like dice , jobUSA , monster etc.

Should be aware of all the current and latest technologies related to software
