Recruitment Manager for Intec Capital

Candidate will be responsible for Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources; planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.

Providing clear job definition to the candidates, screening for performance, testing competencies and conducting targeted interviews.

Identifying candidates on the basis of technical requirements, scheduling interviews and verifying candidate`s credentials & career expectations.

Campus recruitment- Built and maintains the relationships with the Business schools in India.

Collaborate with Stakeholders of the recruitment industry.

Desired Profile

Candidate should have 6+ years of experience in the area of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

A positive thinker and committed towards the growth of people within the organization.

Proficiency in managing the complete gamut of tasks involved in recruitment including screening, scheduling & conducting interviews, negotiating salaries and ensuring that candidates join the organization.
