Candidate is suppose to be leading a team of junior to Mid level Recruiters.
Candidate is suppose to have hard core experience in recruiting for senior positions (IT) as well as for niche skills.
Should be very comfortable with the techniques of headhunting, recruitment through reference and social networking.
Should have capabilities to work towards the team targets and also should be in a position to manage some of our important Clients also.
We are not looking for a senior candidate who is only looking to act as a administrator who just monitors the team`s performance.
He/she is suppose to take responsibilty of the team`s performance and ready to face challenges and find timely solutions to issues.
Deserving candidate will report to the Senior Vice President of Everest Consulting Group.
Salary is not a constraint for the deserving candidate who is willing to spend a reasonable time with our organization.
