Recruitment Executive for TalentPro Walkin

Candidate would be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment process for some of the Hard core key accounts in Telecom, Automobile, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Service Industries.

Handling In-House recruitment.

Well versed in handling recruitment`s.

Responsible for strategizing recruitment. process – interviewing, scheduling, and global talent search.

Maintenance of daily reports of recruitment activities.

Sourcing new corporate bodies (Clients) for expansion of business opportunities.

Interacting with the clients and the candidates.

Receiving requirement from the clients.

Analyzing the requirement.

Taking first round of interview

Browsing job portals & our own database for the right candidate.

Sourcing profiles.

To select the suitable profile.

To fix up the appointment with candidates.

Shortlist the selected candidates and forward that profile to the clients.

Coordinating for the HR round interview.

Negotiating with the clients & candidates for CTC.

Interested candidates Walk in directly to the below mentioned venue.
