Candidate will be responsible for recruitment of permanent,contract and casual employees.
Issue of appointment letters and communicate to concerned to do joining formalities.
Manage all the legal compliance`s, attend courts and legal proceedings.
Renew portal licenses.
File timely ER returns.
Complete responsibility for unit 2 factory related statutory compliance`s.
Drive for continuous improvement in respective areas.
Participate in lean activities wherever assigned.
Ensure compliance with all molex policies & procedures in all related areas.
Responsible for any other projects/work assigned by management.
