Recruitment Executive for iQuest

The candidate will be responsible for end to end life cycle of recruitments in

Will be responsible for candidate sourcing & interface

Sourcing profiles from the job portals and scheduling interviews of candidates for the clients

To efficiently place candidates and close all the mandates in hand

May also be associated with client interaction.

Other desired qualities:

Recruitment experience preferred in : IT/Manufacturing/BFSI etc (minimum 6 months)

Good understanding of job portals and other way of sourcing profiles and networking.

Should have an urge and skills to work and perform in a team.

Should be target oriented

Should be self motivated and dedicated.

Should be able to work with minimum supervision

Should be a team player
