Recruitment Executive for GTT Connect

Candidate will be responsible for gathering, understanding the requirement from various internal customers.

Fine tuning the requirement till it matches the expectations of the internal customers.

Sourcing, screening, short listing, conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with interview panel so as the interview gets conducted.

Utilizing various sourcing methods like Job Portals, Internal Database, Web Posting, employee referrals and networking.

Responsible for complete recruitment activities like setting expectations of the candidate, salary negotiations, and closing the offers.

Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building skills are the traits for the right candidate

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Should be internet savvy, very good communication skill in english, confident, should have worked in similar field for at least 2 yrs.
