Its mandatory that the incumbant should have extensive experience in headhunting,mapping for senior mandates.

Should have used sourcing tools like references, linked in etc.

The applicant should be innovative and an independent thinker.

Should be able to analyze and manage client`s requirements by way of coordinating and scheduling interviews.

Experience in recruitments is essential.

Should have keen interest in generating business.

Should be a team player.

Should have efficiently managed clients.

The incumbent should be able to achieve/overachieve company defined targets.

Should be able to facilitate candidate interviews with the clients.

Should be adept in negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and landholding the candidates till joining

Should be able to generate company defined reports.
