The incumbent will be responsible for recruiting employees with the requisite qualifications and experience. This will involve
Sourcing candidates through most effective channels.
Researching potential candidates and working on building and maintaining an active database of various candidates with different skill sets
Interviewing and qualifying candidates and assist recruiters in the entire recruiting process, coordinating interviews with line personnel,
Ensure timely delivery of validated quality resumes as per client requirement.
Facilitating interview at various stages of technical check.
Monitoring and maintaining a systematic database of active and qualified pool of job seekers.
This job will also require the incumbent to manage relationships with internal clients to understand and anticipate their requirements.
Experience in Recruitment in IT/ITES Sector preferably
Candidates should understand the recruitment lifecycle and should be able to manage it well.
