The candidate has to analyze and understand the requirements received from the clients.
Source candidates from Internal Database and Job Portals and through referrals, head hunting, forums etc.
Interview them over phone to ascertain their reliability, personality and suitability
Negotiate the terms
Coordinate with the candidate, subcontractor, if any, and other executives of the company and the clients in all stages of recruitment like, interview, selection and joining.
Submit periodical reports and update database regularly
Learn and update self on technical advancements and ideas in the IT arena regularly by continual research
Conversant with technologies and HR Managment practices
Knowledge of Contracts and Various VISAS
Good communication skills
Conversant with the technologies
Expertise in MS Office
Other:
There will be time bound targets in terms of submissions, interviews and placements.
Work hours are:
a) 05:00 AM to 02:00 PM
b) 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM
The selected candidates will have to work extra hours to meet the targets.
1st and 3rd Saturdays are working days too.
